The most famous little girl in the world of animation, Chibi Maruko-chan, returns once again to take us on a delightful adventure filled with laughter and touching moments.

As the school’s sports day approaches, everyone is busy with training and preparations. Meanwhile, Maruko’s occasional lateness lands her in funny situations and repeated trouble, drawing scolding from her classmates Ono and Sugiyama, who are in charge of organizing the event.

But behind every bit of mischief and disagreement, what brings them together remains stronger than anything else… the promise of friendship that always leads them back to the warmth of true companionship.
